1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the q799 Platform. The registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and your preferred PKR payment method. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you authorised those activities.
• Notifying q799 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensuring that your Account is not accessible to any third party, including family members or friends.

q799 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason for that refusal. q799 further reserves the right to close any Account that it believes, in its sole discretion, to have been registered in breach of these Terms.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

q799 is required to conduct identity verification on all Players as a condition of providing real-money gaming services. KYC verification is mandatory and must be completed before a Player may process their first withdrawal from the Platform.

For KYC verification, q799 may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, unexpired CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

q799 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• q799 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• q799 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited into a q799 Account are held in segregated player funds accounts and are not used for operational expenses.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

q799 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category are published in the individual promotion terms.

8 Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on the q799 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activities on q799:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in limited circumstances expressly provided for in game or sport-specific rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q799 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• Using the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.

12 Limitation of Liability
